    Identity check

    One-time ID verification through our partner.

    Contract, NDA & IP

    Contractor agreement, confidentiality, IP assignment, code of conduct and liability terms.

    Supervised probation

    Your first project is reviewed line by line by a team lead.

    Verified member

    You join client projects, get paid per milestone, and build your rank.

What we expect

  • Original work only. No copied code, themes or designs
  • Client accounts accessed only through official collaborator tools
  • No direct deals with AI Root Studio clients
  • Follow every platform's policies (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Google Play…)
  • Honest time estimates and weekly updates
