Privacy Policy

Who we are and how to contact us about data
What we collect: account, order, PlayTest submissions, device info, cookies
Why: deliver products, verify payments, prevent fraud, legal duties
Processors: hosting, email, verification partner, payment providers, analytics/ads (with consent)
Retention periods, and GDPR/UK GDPR rights (access, delete, correct, object)
International transfers and how data is protected

Accounts, eligibility (18+ for testers and payouts), acceptable use
Orders, manual payment, verification and cancellation of unpaid orders after 7 days
Sales: sale prices apply only between the published start and end time; countdowns show the real end time and are never restarted; the crossed-out price is the lowest price of the previous 30 days; orders placed during a sale keep the sale price
Intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, changes

Digital goods: refund if not as described and not fixable within 14 days
How to request: support ticket with reference code
PlayTest: unused campaign balance refundable before launch; pro-rata if we can't deliver
Refund method: same channel as payment, fees disclosed

Standard: one end product (one app ID / title), commercial use allowed
Extended: unlimited end products from the same item
Not allowed: reselling or sharing the source code or assets as-is, claiming authorship of the original
You must change branding, name and art before publishing (store-policy compliance)

What's included in each download, updates, supported engine versions
Immediate access and loss of withdrawal right (EU/UK consumers), with consent captured at checkout

18+, one account per person, own real device, no emulators or VPN spoofing
Evidence must be original and honest; never rate or review apps as part of a task
Rewards are for completed QA work as an independent contractor; players handle their own taxes
Leaderboard is opt-in: only handle, country, level and approved tests are shown, never earnings or real names
Earnings are occasional side income, not employment and not guaranteed
Payout: $15 minimum, Payoneer, ID check before first payout; fraud forfeits balance

You must own the game: the developer name on the store page must match your account (verified owner badge)
Store links are for ownership checks only; players install pre-release builds (closed testing, TestFlight, APK)
Prohibited tasks: ratings, reviews, install-count or ranking manipulation
Campaign goes live after payment verification; results and report delivery

Contract is with AI Root Studio, not with individual team members
Written scope and fixed price before work starts; milestone payments
Access only through official collaborator/user-permission tools; we never ask for passwords
Client stays owner of all accounts; access is removed at handover
No guarantees of sales, rankings or approvals by third-party platforms
We refuse work that breaks platform policies (fake reviews, copied designs, restricted products)
IP transfers to the client on final payment
Not affiliated with Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, WordPress, Google or Apple

Membership by invitation after application, paid test task, ID check and probation
Contractor agreement, NDA, IP assignment and code of conduct
No direct deals with AI Root Studio clients (non-solicitation)
Liability for breach of confidentiality or platform rules; removal from the team

When we verify: a player's first payout, game owner verification, team member onboarding, large or unusual orders
How: third-party provider; we store only the result and reference ID
Name on payout account must match the verified ID
We may refuse or hold payments linked to fraud or sanctioned parties
