Payments
How does manual payment work?
After checkout you get a unique reference code. Pay with Payoneer or bank wire, add the code to your payment note, and upload the receipt on your order page. We verify it and unlock your order.
How long does verification take?
Payoneer payments are usually verified the same day. Bank wires take 1–3 business days to arrive.
Why don't you take cards directly?
We're adding card checkout through a payment partner. Until then, Payoneer payment requests let you pay with a card on Payoneer's secure page.
Do you add VAT?
Business buyers can add a VAT/Tax ID at checkout for reverse-charge invoices. Tax handling for consumers depends on your country.
Licences & downloads
What's the difference between Standard and Extended?
Standard: one commercial game (one app ID). Extended: unlimited games from the same project. Neither lets you resell the source code itself.
Where are my files?
In My Account → Downloads once your payment is verified. Download links are secure and time-limited, and you can generate new ones any time.
Can I get a refund?
If a product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within a reasonable time. See the refund policy.
Test Your Game (game owners)
Why do you ask for my store link?
To confirm you own the game. The developer name on the store page must match your account, and then you get the Verified owner badge. Players never install from your live listing.
Which builds can I test?
Google Play closed testing, Apple TestFlight or an APK. Live store listings aren't accepted.
Can players help with the 12-tester requirement?
Yes. The Closed Testing Pass keeps real players opted in and active for the full 14 days.
Will players leave reviews?
No. Asking for ratings or reviews is forbidden on our platform.
Play & Earn (players)
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older with a real Android or iOS device. One account per person.
How and when am I paid?
Approved rewards go to your balance. From $15 you can request a Payoneer payout; payouts are sent weekly after a one-time ID check.
Why was my submission rejected?
Usually a duplicate, edited or off-task screenshot, or feedback that's too short. Some submissions can be resubmitted.
Studio Services
Is this a freelancer marketplace?
No. You hire AI Root Studio. Work is done by our vetted, contracted team members under a team lead.
Will you need my Etsy, Amazon or Shopify password?
Never. We use each platform's official collaborator or user-permission tools, or prepare files for you to upload.
Can you guarantee sales?
No honest provider can. We guarantee the work in your written scope.
Account & privacy
How do I delete my account?
From Profile settings, or email us. We delete your data except what we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
Do you store my ID?
No. Our verification partner handles ID checks and we only receive the result.
